Description
Paolo Leo has owned and run his winery since 1989. It’s based in Salento, right in the heart of the spiky ‘boot heel’ of Italy. Made from the characterful grape Primitivo, this is deep ruby in colour with bold aromas of plum, cherry, spice and warm earthiness. Rounded, ripe and generously fruity, it is ideal with red meat, game or pasta dishes.
