Made from low-yielding Syrah vines of between 20 and 60 years of age, this is an elegant wine with ripe blackcurrant and raspberry fruit flavours and spicy hints of liquorice and coffee. Rich in the mouth, it has powerful, elegant tannins and great length. Enjoy with red meats and mature strong cheeses.
