Description
An arresting Auxerrois (also known as Pinot Auxerrois) from a vineyard of old vines that produce low yields of very concentrated grapes. Rich in flavour, but appetisingly savoury and off-dry, it has great depth, minerality and freshness. A characterful, versatile wine that works well with seafood, poultry, Chinese cuisine or cold cuts of roasted meats.
