Description
This dense wine has spicy, bramble fruit flavours that are coupled with violet and liquorice, a result of the grapes spending three weeks fermenting whole, giving an extremely fresh lift to the finish. This high-quality Syrah, made by oenologist Pierrick Harang, has a lovely soft and smooth texture, making it an ideal partner for grilled lamb chops.
