Description
This is a smooth, deep Malbec from the sunny South of France, bursting with bright fruit flavours: Malbec (85%) is blended with Grenache Noir (15%), sourced from chalk and clay-based vineyards around the villages of Pepieux and Homps in the Languedoc. With no oak, this is a pure, vibrant expression of rich Malbec, lifted by red fruit character.

Vinification
3 to 4 weeks of traditional maceration in concrete and steel tanks with delestages and maceration under the cap, micro oxygenation under the cap, before and after malo lactic fermentation. Ageeing in concrete tank. 20 % is made with a pre hot maceration.
