Description
This sweet caramel and raisin sherry style was made famous by John Harvey & Sons. Originally imported to the UK and kept in cask before being bottled in Bristol, all of Harveys’ sherries are now bottled in the age-old sherry town of Jerez in Spain’s Andalucia. The classic food match is fruit cake, or try with trifle.
