Viticulture
The grapes for this wine come from vineyards situated along the River Rhine, in the wine growing region Rheinhessen, where the warm and sunny climate provides ample sunshine to ripen the grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are pressed gently and the juice cold fermented with selected yeasts at 16-18°C in stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks.
