Mont Gras Reserva Pinot Noir 75cl 2020

Brilliant and limpid red color with nice aromas of raspberries and red fruits. In mouth it is an elegant and soft wine, that has round tannins and a good acidity. It is very refreshing with plenty of fruity flavors and some floral notes. With a light body and an excellent balance between the fruit and toasted notes coming from the ageing.

After desteming the grapes, a cold maceration is done for 1 up to 2 days, for inoculate then with selected yeasts for fermenting between 14º-28º C / 57º82º F.
