Cloud Mountain Marlborough sauvignon blanc 2020

This vibrant Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is crisp and refreshing, combining zesty citrus aromas with intense gooseberry and passion fruit flavours. This wonderfully balanced wine pairs well with light chicken and fish dishes or is delicious on its own.

VSP (Vertical Shoot Positioning), regular leaf plucking/trimming to create dappled light incidence on fruit. Low-moderate vine yields to ensure optimal varietal concentration.

Fruit was gently destemmed and pressed into stainless steel fermentation vessels. A selection of carefully selected aromatic yeast strains were fermented at cool temperatures to enhance varietal character. Maturation on light lees to create texture and mouthfeel prior to blending.
