Description
Marsolay Syrah Rosé is sourced from vineyards surrounding the village of Argeliers in the Languedoc region of the south of France. Harvested at peak ripeness in the cool of the night to protect the grapes, modern winemaking techniques are used to craft a fruity and easy-drinking style of Rosé. It is dry, elegant and refreshing with vibrant strawberry and cherry fruit and just a touch of spice. Ideal served chilled as an aperitif or with tapas, summer salads or poached salmon.
