This charming, well-crafted wine is made from Chardonnay grapes from the sunny Languedoc region. It is an elegant and tropical style with a touch of oak to add complexity and creaminess. Try it with fish dishes, poultry and salads, or lightly chilled as an apéritif.
Certifications
2016 vintage: we had a lack of water during the entire spring and the summer so the yield is c 20% less than a classic year. Because of the low yield, the wines are deeply coloured, concentrated, powerful and very balanced. The whites are very fruity and easy to drink with a nice acidity.
