Description
A fresh, zesty and intensely aromatic white, with notes of cantaloupe melon, passion fruit, candied orange and lime. This fruit forward, rich vintage delights the palate, with a little sweetness and some white peach, elderflower, passion fruit and candied orange.
Certifications
Bolney's Lychgate White was given it's name after the roofed gateway to a churchyard. Bolney Village has one of the oldest in the country.

The soil type found at Bolney Wine Estate comprises predominantly Upper Tunbridge Wells Sand, consisting of sandy-loam, siltstone and clay over sandstone bedrock. This soil type allows good heat retention and excellent drainage.
Vinification
65% extraction. Cool-fermentation then took place in stainless steel tanks for around 14 days, ensuring the retention of the primary fruit aromas.
