Description
A true Pinot Grigio rosé is rare, as it can be made only when a hot autumn sun turns the grape skins copper. This lovely rosé is made from ripe Pinot Grigio grapes and a small proportion of red Pinot Noir grapes, which help deliver consistent colour and soft red fruit flavours. Try with fish-based pasta dishes.
