This wine is a unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio. A ripe, fruity, zesty wine with aromas of passion fruit, citrus and red apple, with a long, mouthwatering finish. Pairs well with white meat, fish and salads, especially asparagus. Also excellent as an aperitif.
