The wine is aged for at least two years, producing delicate scents of rose petal and sweet spice and flavours of plum, cherry and dried rosemary, combined with a subtle oakiness that gives structure and elegance.

Viticulture
The vineyard area covers 15 hectares, with vines of an average age of 19 years old, grown on rocky clay soils. The grapes are harvested by hand.
Vinification
The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks. Maceration lasts for about 15 days at 28°C, with frequent pumping over.
Maturation
10 months in Slavonian oak barrels , 6 months in French oak barriques and 4 months in bottles
