Description
A great Gigondas with intense aromas of red fruits, pepper spice and liquorice. On the palate it’s full-bodied and powerful with flavours of figs and treacle and complexity derived from a bit of maturity.
This wine is perfect with leg of lamb, beef with wine sauce, roasted pigeon, mushroom omelette, truffle omelette, game and cheese.
