Description
A delicious, fresh Cabernet Franc from the banks of the Loire, which is made in close proximity to the fabulous and famous Château de Saumur. This is a supple, berry-fruit-laden, medium-bodied wine with a peppery style that is perfect with cold meats, seared tuna, or dishes that have been prepared with herbs such as rosemary, sage or tarragon.

Vinification
Fermentation takes place at 25°C for 10 days in Stainless Steel vats. The wine is bottled early, in cellars dug out of tufa, where it continues to age in bottle for more than 4 months.
