Olmeca Altos Tequila is made from 100% Blue Agave, grown in Los Altos, highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. Our agave is slow cooked in brick ovens, distilled in copper. For Reposado and Añejo we age the liquid in ex-bourbon barrels for that smooth true tequila flavor.
