Domaine Philippe Raimbault

Philippe is a 9th generation winegrower. He strives to make the best wines possible with his passionate hands-on approach to winemaking. working alongside his father and grandfather, he learned his craft. He oversees the wine process from start to finish, from the harvest to vinification, and the final product, wine in the bottle. The cave and his Sancerre vines are nestled in the village of Sury-en-Vaux about 6k from Sancerre. In the cave are Philippe's personal collection of fossils, famous in this region from the Jurassic period, influencing the flavour and texture of his wines
