Stewart Brewing

Stewart Brewing, founded in 2004 by Steve and Jo Stewart, is Edinburgh's original craft beer brewery! Stewart Brewing quickly established itself as one of Scotland's most successful and reputable breweries. Over the years, we have continued to innovate and develop, whilst upholding the traditional ethos of Edinburgh's rich brewing history. A payroll, which consisted of just Jo and Steve Stewart, now supports over 30 employees who work across a range of departments, from retail to production.
