Weingut Markus Huber

Markus Huber is one of Austria´s top winemakers producing excellent dry white wines, especially Gruener Veltliner and Riesling from the Traisental area, that harbors enormous potential due to it´s unique limestone soils.Named as wunderkind in the  Decanter magazine, being best white wine producer at the International wine trade fair, best Grüner Veltliner producer at the IWC in London in 2011, he is focusing to reflect the soil and the unique character of every growing season in his wines. The wines are counted among the best whites in Austria every year. Markus Huber was named Austrias winemaker of the year in 2015.
