Kanonkop Wine Estate

Kanonkop Wine Estate has been described by those in the know as being the South African equivalent of a Premier Cru producer.  Kanonkop is a 4th generation family owned Wine Estate, which has been producing premium quality bottled red wines since 1973. Our production is focused on the grape varieties of Pinotage and Cabernet Sauvignon, which were both first produced under the Estate's brand in 1973.  Since then the range has been expanded to include blends of both of these varieties.
