Castillo Perelada

Perelada is one of Spain’s most dynamic wineries. It is still family owned and run, based in the 14th Century Castillo Perelada, in the small town of the same name, in the heart of the Denominació d’Origen Empordà. Perelada is one of Spain’s principal Cava producers, creating premium Cavas in the Alt Penedès region of Northern Spain.
