Hattingley Valley is a family owned winery of premium English Sparkling Wine in Hampshire. The first vineyard was established in 2008 by planting Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It’s the innovative and passionate team at Hattingley Valley that create a truly unique range of English quality sparkling wines. The traditional method sparkling wines, made from grapes grown on chalk soils, deliver a quintessentially English countryside vibrancy. The subtle use of oak barrels to ferment a small proportion of the wines helps soften them before they go into bottle for secondary fermentation.
