Samos Vin Doux 2020

Its robe and nose are particularly attractive with a light-golden color and dominating scents of apricot marmelade, superipe melon and hints of butterscoth. The first contact in the palate offers an explosive feast of aromas revolving around the Muscat grape, expressed in an intensensely fresh manner. The Vin Doux is a wine that preserves all of its primary Muscat aromas.

It belongs to the Vin de Liqueur, fortified wines, category. This means that fermentation is stopped by adding ethylic alcool with purpose to maintain the natural sugars of the grape intact, not allowing yeasts to convert them into ethylic alcool.
