Hattiers Egremont Rum is lush with notes of caramel, vanilla, aged oak and a light hint of soft fruits.
The palate initially reveals a pleasant wash of caramel, followed by milk chocolate, toffee, banana and coffee.
As the fruit flavours fade there is a pop of black pepper, tobacco and smoky oak tannins.
The oak notes carry into the finish providing a light bitter finish.
