Our Sauvignon Blanc vines are 18 - 19 years old, with around 6100 vines per acre. They are cane pruned and cordon trained.
Vinification
Fermentation was approximately 12 days in stainless steel tanks.

Our Sauvignon Blanc was matured in in stainless steel for 6 months.
