Description
Grapes harvested at the right level of ripeness, the grapes are softly pressed. The grape must obtained is statically cold decanted and then added with a little must previously prepared with the best selected grapes of the same vine. Straw yellow with greenish reflections. The wine has marked hints of fresh fruit and floral notes. Harmonious and balanced, with a pleasant viscosity that balances the delicate acidity. Appetizers of raw fish and white meats are perfect with this wine.
