Description
Star bright in colour. On the nose a mixture of grapefruit, elderflower and even cucumber leading on to an explosion of crisp fresh fruit and balanced acidity on the palate. A gorgeous expression of Bacchus, putting it alongside Sauvignon as a noble variety. What is particularly special for such a delicious wine is that it carries no more than 11 degrees of alcohol.
