This lusciously rich Sauternes is made from mostly Sémillon grapes with 5% Muscadelle and a splash of Sauvignon Blanc for balancing freshness. Produced from hand-harvested fruit grown on 45-year-old vines, its extended length and honeyed palate make it perfect with crème brûlée or rich pâté.
