Description
COLOUR: Bright purple with purple hue. A R O M A : Breakfast tea, black cherry, star anise, cola. P A L A T E : Forest berries, like Mulberry, cooling and inviting. Super juicy and delicious! Dash of clove/ cinnamon spice, nice glide and choc-berry fruitiness carries the wine forward. There is some good depth of brown earth and tannin on the finish, showing a more dark side to the wine. Drink up to 2022.

Open fermentation in concrete round tanks followed for 12 days, gentle pressing, dug out the skins and combined parcels in tank, then transferred to 3-4 year old French hogsheads for 5 months. Screen filltration was used and no fining, a vegan friendly wine. Bottling completing the process on September 14 and sealed under Stelvin screw cap.
