This West Coast IPA is anything but amateur. Columbus, Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hops pull the strings of an all-star cast of flavour. Citrus, resin and pine are supported by grapefruit and stone fruit with no need for an interval. A subtle malt base is present throughout and topped off by an assertive bitter encore.
