Periscope is a management and consulting service for Australian wineries covering all the major wine producing regions of Australia. The company was founded by Paul Byron in 2007 and today the company has a portfolio of more than 30 small to mid size wineries with a long history and a strong passion for making authentic and excellent wines that each represent their unique terroirs. The wines are high quality award winning wines positioned in the mid to premium end of the market and really represent the breadth and depth of what the Australian wine industry can offer.
