Raised on her family’s vineyard, Mme. Claude Parmentier was known forcrafting one of the first wines from Fitou to make it to our shores. It’s anarea recognised for its rich and satisfying blends. Fruit from old vines gives character and intensity, and there are notes of Mediterranean herbs, ripe red berries and gently spiced plums.

e Fitou vineyards is planted on one of the most varied soils of all the vineyards of France. A diversity of soil which gives a beautiful complexity to the wines of the appellation, perfect-ly expressing the varietals which compose it. In addition to the alchemy of resistant varietals and soil conducive to quality, this land benets from the Mediterranean climate.
