Viticulture
The Rioja soil is very suitable for quality viticulture, as it has a balanced structure (sands, silts and clays), is slightly alkaline, poor in organic matter and with moderate water availability during the summer.
Vinification
Destemming and light crushing of the grapes. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation is concrete tanks.
