The Sankt Laurent grape is the love child of Pinot noir. Its aromas and colour are however, darker than the parents’. The result is a wine of great elegance, never too powerful, showing luscious dark aromas of ripe berries and dark cherries, with subtle, youthful notes of herbs and white pepper. Medium bodied, this wine is a benchmark example. Enjoy its refreshing structure and deliciously soft texture with classic steak dishes, roast dinners and game.
