Finca Ferrer Pinot Noir 1310 2015

With a beautiful bluish pale ruby colour, showing red touches from the ripe fruit, cherries and strawberries. Bright and shining. Vanilla, toffee even chocolate aromas reveal the intriguing varietal origin. Pure, fresh and round on the palate with soft tannins, along with slight mineral touches.

Sandy, rocky, inorganic on a calcerous base.

Vines are 7-14 years old.

Fermented in stainless steel tanks to capture all the aromas and fruity flavours of the grape variety.

5 to 9 months in French and American oak.
