Beautifully aromatic, with cherry, plum and floral notes and a hint of wild herbs. It's full-bodied yet elegant and soft, with lovely plum and loganberry flavours and well-balanced acidity. Delicious with lamb, beef and rich pasta dishes.

Viticulture
The vines are 20 years old and they are planted with 2 plants per metre. Trellis system: parral.
Vinification
Skin maceration for 15 days with daily pigeage and delestage. Classic fermentation with a cold pre-fermentation during 5 days with selected yeast between 25-27º C. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. No oak ageing.
Maturation
Ten months. Fermentation takes place in concrete vats and stainless steel tanks.
