Guided by kaizen (continuous improvement) The Kyoto Distillery uses botanicals such as yellow yuzu, hinoki wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea and green sanshō (peppercorn) berries, and water collected weekly from a well, to make its dry gin flavour.
