The wine is exhibiting a herbal, peachy citrus bouquet with layers of apricot and hints of dark berries. Clear, juicy fruit with mineralic spicyness, delicate acidity and again traces of dark berries. Long finish.

The name of the single site "hell" does not originate from hereafter but from the old German word "Halde" (means steep mountain/hill). This slope has 100% southern exposure. The vines are grown on a heavy soil of clay which makes "big wines", our so-called "Hochheimer Latour"!
