Mike and Hilary Wagstaff took over Greyfriars Vineyard on the Hog’s Back near Guildford in 2010 and have recently completed an extensive expansion scheme. This is a real triumph of a wine, a strawberry-scented sparkler made from 100% Pinot Noir. Available from four local stores.
