Viticulture
Extensive transformation, extension and modernization work has been carried out in the last fifteen years, particularly on the stainless steel tanks and barrel storehouses. The attentive care paid to the vine-growing techniques and winemaking process has endowed this vintage with great quality.
Vinification
Age of the vines: 25 years Cultivation method: Soil work, Bordeaux pruning, disbudding, de-sucking, thinning of bunches on high-yield plots, leaf stripping, mechanical harvesting.
Maturation
Traditional method. Pre-fermentation maceration. 3-week fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats. Cooling by trickle.
