Description
Coming from near the Mediterranean in the south-east of Spain, close to the nature reserve of Las Hoces del Río Cabriel, this is a refreshing and bright white. Named after the famed Tuna Club founded in 1898 and host to Sir Winston Churchill, this is an excellent pairing with all sorts of fish, thanks to its zesty and smooth character.

Viticulture
The vineyards are close to the majestic geographical enviroment of the Natural Reserves (National Park) of “Las Hoces del Río Cabriel”. Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc trellis plantations. 15 years old vineyards at 800 metres above sea-level. Hot and dry summer and very cold winter. High levels of sunshine during ripeness, with warm temperatures during the day due to West wind, and fresh nights due to East wind (breeze from the Mediterranean Sea). The absence of rain between May and September minimises the risk of diseases.
