Solaris 2014

Winbirri Vineyards started as Stephen Dyer’s hobby. Driven by the desire to create his own wines from start to finish, he planted 500 vines. Over the past 10 years, he has added more vines and now his son Lee is also involved. Made from Solaris grapes, this has green apple aromas and ripe pineapple flavours. Available from five local stores.
