CHAFOR is a friendly and welcoming family-run boutique wine estate, set deep in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside. The vineyard was planted in 2009 with its first harvest in 2013. Since then it has gone on to produce multiple award winning wines. Meticulous attention to detail and minimum intervention lie at the heart of Tim Chafor’s winemaking philosophy with hand-harvesting by a dedicated team of local volunteer pickers.
