Description
The 2015 growing season was almost perfect – a mild spring for budburst, ideal conditions at flowering and high temperatures throughout June and July, followed by a warm and sunny September which provided the ideal condition for ripening grapes. Harvest began on 7th October 2015. The warm conditions during ripening delivered fruit with a great concentration of sugars and fruit flavours, which have created wines with a rich flavour profile, great structure, and juicy, balanced acidity
