Only the finest wine parcels are selected for ageing. These parcels then undergo a complex blending process, and give rise to a Dourthe Fine Wine, the expression of its exceptional terroirs: “Terroirs d’exception”.

Véronique RAZIMBAUD is the winemaker. The blend is specially selected and exclusive to Waitrose Maceration on the skins, lowtemperature fermentation and 4-6 months ageing on the fine lees, depending on the parcel.
