Séguinot-Bordet have recently been awarded level 3 certificate from Haute Valeur Environnementale HVE (meaning “high environmental value”). HVE is for winegrowers who choose to take a “reasoned” approach to their work, from wine cultivation to bottling. Level 3 is the highest level within HVE and is based on outcome indicators relating to biodiversity, phytosanitary strategy, fertilisation and irrigation management.
