Special Cuvée Bush Vine Chenin Blanc 2021
Description
The Chenin Blanc grapes for FirstCape’s Special Cuvée are hand-harvested from specially selected bush vines from the five cellars of the FirstCape family. These mature bush vines give this delicious wine a soft richness with flavours of peach and ripe apples. Enjoy chilled with griddled prawns, creamy pasta or goat’s cheese and red pepper tart.
Certifications
The grapes are all from the Worcester area. Bush vines do not have conventional trellis and are kept below knee height which provides a micro climate for each vine. Being so low and not trellised they are hand harvested.
