Description
This Madeira has been aged for three years in a solera and has rich, nutty aromas with lemon notes underpinned by dried fruit and caramel. There are roasted nut, treacle, mocha and spiced fruit flavours on the palate with a citrus zip to lift the medium-sweet finish. Good with coffee ice cream or tiramisu.

This process takes 90 days and renders the wine completely stable. It is then aged in oak casks for 3 years, prior to bottling
